Since the 1800s there has been a large Italian influence in Florida. Join the Florida Maritime Museum and JoAnn Mancuso in learning how to make some of Italy’s most delicious desserts. Students will mix, fry, and try not to eat all their batter before learning to make cannolis, pizzelles & zeppole.
