Dairy has played a large role in America since the early 1600s. However, for the last 500 years, Florida’s cattle industry has been a large contributor to both the economy and natural resources. In an effort to celebrate Florida’s Agricultural heritage, come take this hands on cheese making class. JoAnn Mancuso will teach students to make mozzarella and ricotta cheeses from scratch to take home. You will discover how easy these cheeses are to make and how wonderful homemade cheese tastes.
Must be 12 years of age or older.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult
Class will be outside, please dress appropriately
