This informative worship is being conducted by Manatee County professional restoration practitioners who are responsible for the design and implementation of local restoration projects such as Robinson and Perico Preserves. Damon Moore and Erin Struzzieri of the Ecological and Marine Resources Division within Manatee County Parks and Natural Resources will provide tips on what you can do to make habitat improvements in your own yard. From low and wet to high and dry, they will give you the how to, applying the lessons learned from local restoration projects. Learn how to grow oysters from a dock, select native plants for your yard, conserve water, benefit wildlife and more. You are sure to have a great time and learn a lot in the process.
