Fermented Beverages: Ginger Bugs and Water Kefir Soda

A ginger bug is a culture of beneficial bacteria made from fresh ginger root and sugar. Each attendee will take home a ginger bug and a probiotic rich soda to enjoy for themselves. Children 8-15 and up are free with the purchase of a parent ticket. Limit 1 child per adult ticket.
