About the event
Explore the many uses of key limes! Students will learn to make key lime salsa, drunken key lime shrimp, and a key lime dessert shooter. Students will be able to enjoy their creations in class or take them home to share!Â
Students should bring a sharp knife, pot holder, and medium sauté pan. All other materials will be provided. Wear clothes and shoes that can get dirty—this is a hands-on class!
Instructor: JoAnn Mancuso
This class is limited ONLY to adult learners 21 years of age and older. The class includes cooking with rum. Please contact with any questions.
