About the event

Pasta is a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine, with the first reference dating back to 1154 in Sicily. In this class, students will learn how to make 3 different types of pasta from scratch—ravioli (a stuffed pasta), gnocchi (a potato pasta), and noodles that can be dried and later cooked.

Students should bring their own strainer. All other materials will be provided. Wear clothes and shoes that can get dirty—this is a hands-on class!

Instructor: JoAnn Mancuso

This class is mostly intended for adult learners, but older children who are able to successfully follow directions and safely complete the activity without distrubing the experience of other students are welcome. Please contact with any questions. Minors may NOT be left unattended.
