Suncoast Remake Learning Days presents
Hands-On Habits

 Join us as we celebrate the second annual Suncoast Remake Learning Days with "Hands-On Habits," a FREE outdoor learning event hosted by the Florida Maritime Museum, Rowlett Middle Academy, and William Monroe Rowlett Academy for Arts and Communication!

Who

Hands-On Habits is a free event open to anyone interested!

 

What

"Hands-On Habits" will feature students from Rowlett Academies teaching the basics of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People® to participating families through fun, interactive activities. This engaging event is open to the public, and registration is not required.

10AM - 12PM

Suncoast Remake Learning Days is an exciting, 10-day regional festival for families and children that celebrates the joy of learning together. From Friday, April 21, 2023, through Sunday, April 30, 2023, over 200 FREE events in Charlotte, DeSoto, Manatee, and Sarasota counties will be held as part of Suncoast Remake Learning Days.

Parking is available for free at the F.I.S.H Preserve field, adjacent to FMM grounds. Guests will take a short walk past the Cortez Cultural Center and over the foot bridge to the event. (Make sure to check out the eco-explorers exhibit at the Cortez Cultural Center on your way in or out!) 

 

Directions to the parking field can be found here through Google Maps. Vendors will be on-site for those wishing to purchase food or drink.
